FARAVELLI Technical Division comprises a highly educated, professional staff which guarantees a solid technical and regulatory support to clients.
Namely, the Department:
- provides technical support during certification body coordinating with the Quality Team of Faravelli GmbH;
- monitors the technical-regulatory background for supplied raw materials and end products, also providing advice to customers;
- keeps up with the technical-regulatory updates;
- provides other company Departments with regulatory updates and training;
- manages the relationships with trade associations the company belongs to as an associate member, actively participating on a constant basis;
- signs technical agreements and technical supply specifications;
- releases Certificates of Analysis and safety data sheets, technical specifications for supplied products and all technical documents;
- retrieves documents required by customers (where possible);
- connects customers to suppliers for claims of technical nature and any other issue.
